Location is excellent, basically all 3 metro lines are walking distance away. The staff was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to store the luggage for free before check-in and after check-out, a rare thing nowadays in Lisbon. Towels, air conditioner, tv -everything as you expect for 2 star hotel. My room was small, but it was actually bigger than it seemed from the pictures. And yes, the room pictures are real, it looked exactly how it was shown. Breakfast was very basic, but it was not written it was included, and came as a surprise during check-in. so I am grateful it was, absolutely no complaint here. For the cheapest hotel option in Lisbon in that particular day ( I paid less than 70 e total in the peak season) everything was good enough

This is a great spot, one block to the Suldana Metro which gives easy access to the train station and airport. We were able to check-in a bit early after arriving by train. The one bedroom suite provided lots of room for three of us with a balcony and a seating area. The shower was hot and towels plentiful. Breakfast is self-serve buffet style: lots of choice and variety. There is a living room for guests and a laundry available. Travelling from here to anywhere in Lisbon was easy. We used a 48 hour transit pass which was great value. There is also a taxi stand outside the hotel. It was about 7 euros to the airport. The neighborhood has food and shopping available if needed and seemed safe even late at night.

So, in general, I can rate the hotel as good, but compared with the previous time when I booked this hotel the price now was too high almost twice- it's awful- but the service was the same simply good (nothing special). Breakfast could be improved, (don't use pseudo-juice as a juice, because impossible to drink this substance), and Wi-fi is also no good! Bottled water in the room will be ok on the first day of arrival. Problems with water flush in the bathroom! This is a good hotel, but in my opinion, overpriced for a 2-star hotel! Good luck!

Even if I stayed just one day, I really loved the hotel. It was quiet, the breakfast was very good. The neighbourhood was beautiful, safe and quiet. Since the hotel was too close to the metro I managed to visit all of Lisbon in one day. The recepcionists were very nice and helpful, they let me store my luggage in the hotel. This was my first experience as a 21 yo student both alone and abroad. And the hotel made me feel comfortable. If I come to Lisbon again one day, it is definitely the hotel I will choose.

The staff were super kind and helpful, they were flexible with the check in and on my last day after check out they kept my bag safe. The hotel was clean, my room was cosy with a balcony. If you choose a room without balcony there is still a common room with balcony accessible for everyone. The breakfast was good, only thing I was missing were some vegetables, but that's matter of taste. Overall I highly recommend the place for a stay in Lisbon. Location is also good, only 10 min walk from Parque Eduardo.
